Join us for a fun and invigorating barre workout class. Barre workouts are a blend of ballet, yoga, and Pilates that will leave you feeling strong, toned, and energized.

Led by an experienced alulmna instructor, Meghan Cooney '10, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. You will be guided through a series of movements that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, using the support of a ballet barre.
